Visesa announces a new tender for the sale of a plot in San Ignacio for the construction of unsubsidised housing

Today’s edition of the Official Basque Country Gazette (BOPV) publishes the announcement of a tender process   by  Vivienda y Suelo de Euskadi S.A. (Visesa) to sell plot SI-5, located in San Ignacio,  (beside the housing under construction by the Vive Zorrotzaurre Co-operative), for construction of 153 unsubsidised homes.

The minimum bid price is €22,650,000 (ex VAT).

The bid submission deadline is 31 January 2019, at 13:00 hours. Bids should be sent to the Visesa head offices (Portal de Gamarra, 1-A (2.ª planta), Vitoria-Gasteiz).

Last July, Visesa had previously announced a tender process involving this plot, although this first process required joint bidding on this and the plot of the former Amarotz paper mill, in Tolosa. On that occasion, the tender was not awarded.
